Make Skin Glow ?
Need to know how to make my skin glow, I tried everything but Need to know how to make my skin glow, I tried everything but nothing seems to work not even the stupid at home remedies please help
Hmmm... I have the same problem though mine is brought about by acne scars. My face is recovering now through the help of drinking lots of water, vitamins (E and multivitamins), eating fruits and vegetables, and lessening oily/junk food. Aside from these, I am also having diamond peel and facial treatments every two weeks. These help remove dead skin cells and renew the skin.
The secret to exfoliating is not over-doing it. Many think the grittier or higher frequency the better and that isn''t necessarily the case. It is best to use a product more often than a stronger product. You want to lift dead skin cells not damage the skin. Also, if your skin is really sensitive, you still should exfoliate but there is nothing wrong with using your "daily" exfoliant every few days because that is what is best for you.
What we put into our bodies is just as important as what we put on them - I am a firm believer in this. It is a good idea to include foods in the diet which contain Omega 3 fatty acids. Foods like tuna, sardines and mackerel are good sources of Omega 3 as well as other kinds of fish. Taking a fish oil supplement, like Cod Liver Oil, for example, can be very beneficial for the skin as well as the hair. However, this would not be a one-off thing, but overtime the benefits should become apparent.
Exfoliating dead skin is the obvious first choice. However the best results I''ve ever had wa when I went on a strict diet of raw vegetables and water. I went on a micronutrient diet and I cannot express to you how much my skin glowed after a week of detoxing. It is astounding how much your diet affects the glow in your skin.
